Candidates must have experience in developing realistic strategies for 
raising funds.

 Requirements 

Primary responsibilities include preparation of proposals and grant 
applications, and performance of responsible professional and administrative work 
in researching, reviewing budgets, developing individual proposals,  
developing and responding to public and private grant opportunities in the areas of 
Education  or Technology.  The needs also include grasping concepts of a 
project for which funding is sought.
